The recent attacks in Paris that have rocked our collective consciousness is yet another wake up call that the status quo is no longer sustainable. We are being asked to examine our lives, how we live, how we treat ourselves and how we treat others. We have lived in a contracted state of separation and fear for generations. Not only is this way of being no longer necessary, it is also no longer viable.
When you begin to look at our existence from a bigger, expanded, conscious perspective, then the atrocities in life take on a different meaning. The recent attacks and the ongoing attacks we don’t pay attention to give us a choice:
To fuel the fear and the hate OR to cultivate love, compassion and forgiveness.
Every emotion has an energetic frequency.
Fear, hate and shame are the lowest, ‘darkest’ frequencies. Our work individually and universally is to elevate the vibration to love, ‘light’ frequencies. I think not succumbing to the fear is our biggest test. Our boundaries are being pushed, we need to hold the line of light and love.
How do you impact the world? Start with yourself. Elevate your own inner fear and hate to a higher vibration – how do you speak to yourself? What is you inner dialogue? How do you treat the earth? How do you treat yourself? As you clear house and elevate your vibration, you give others the Permission and the Capacity to elevate their own.
The change begins with you, with each breath, each thought, each reaction.
