Sat Nam & Adi Shakti

These two phrases from Kundalini Yoga have been guiding principles in my life and in my work for over a decade and I come back to them again and again as a touchstone for my greater ‘why’ or purpose.

Sat Nam translates as Truth is My Identity.

This alights my unquenchable thirst for spiritual knowledge, self-exploration and meaning. It guides me through the uncomfortable and exhilarating territory of personal transformation and healing. It reminds me of why I am here and my devotion to a path of integrity and clarity and asks me to be curious about ‘reality’ and to see through any and all illusions.

Adi Shakti translates as The Divine Creative Force of the Universe

This speaks to my reverent and humble devotion to all that is, the wisdom of the Divine that permeates and enlivens every cell within every creation here on Earth; the presence that connects us with the unseen realms, dimensions and beings of the vast web of existence and potential. Shakti speaks to the Divine Feminine aspect of God that has long been silenced from this Earth.
My life begins and ends with devotion to the Mystery, to the courageous human journey of self-actualization and healing, to the reclamation of Earth as Mother and Divine Union of the Feminine/Yin/Shakti/Magdalene and Masculine/Yang/Shiva/Jeshua principles of Creation
The beauty of this Earth and its intricate wisdom moves me to tears as does the kindness and generosity of the human heart. And both can be found in the simplest and humblest moments, witnessed when we are willing to stand still and be in a moment of pure presence, allowing our hearts to be cracked wide open. This is where joy lives and for me these are the moments that make all the challenges of human-ing worth experiencing.
I have been deeply connected to the unseen realms of spirit and energy since I was very young, but it was not something I had context for and instead of being fun, it terrified me. As I result of this, combined with childhood trauma, I disconnected from my ‘gifts’, my boundaries and my sense of self.
It has been a long, steadfast and ever-evolving journey of healing, reopening my extrasensory perceptions, creating supportive boundaries and trusting both myself and the realms of Divine and Spirit. I have learned to honour the fear and work with it as an ally in order to grow and develop a deeply connective and nourishing relationship with my Self, my Body, my Soul, my Spiritual Guides, my Ancestors, and the unseen mystical realms.
It is my deepest calling to pursue this work for myself, my children and as a way to help elevate human consciousness on this planet. Supporting people on a path of healing and transformation, deepening their sense of connection and belonging brings me so much deep gratitude and joy. It is work I relish and delight in.
I am committed to breaking down boxes that attempt to categorize and label me (and all of us) AND in order to help create some context for my work, the words I most relate to are: Wise Woman, Mother, Priestess, Shamanic Healer, Mystic, Intuitive Channel, Holder of Sacred Space & Ritual, Spiritual Guide and Beloved.

Some basic info and credentials:

I live by an enchanting river, Tenagagan Zibi (Gatineau River) in Chelsea Quebec, just 20 minutes away from Ottawa Ontario in Canada on the traditional unceded lands of the Algonquin Anishinaabe People.


I am originally from Saskatoon Saskatchewan where the fields and endless blue skies make my whole body exhale. My Heart holds deep resonance with the Kootenay Mountains in Nelson BC and my soul is deeply connected to Europe, in particular France.


My Ancestors come from Scotland, Ireland, England, Northern Europe, Poland and various Slavic countries.
I am a mother of two small humans as well as a cat and a dog and I am navigating the unravelling of a 19 year partnership/marriage.


I am Taurus Sun, Cancer Moon and Scorpio Rising, equal parts intense and playful, determined and lazy, passionate and relaxed, comfortable in the depths of the soul and deep emotions and most happy frolicking in nature.

I have a Master’s Degree in Political Science and French Literature and worked with Provincial and Federal Government for a decade before my Spiritual calling led me elsewhere.

I am a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and was co-lead of a Yoga Teacher Training program for 5 Years.

In 2013 I began my training in Eden Energy Medicine and completed the 3 year Clinical Practitioner program.

I stepped onto the Priestess Path in 2012, studying with the 13 Moon Mystery School and in 2015
was (re)initiated into the Egyptian Goddess Lineage. At this time Isis and subsequently Mary Magdalene became my primary guides on this Path and brought me into the teachings of Christed-Magdalene Consciousness. Many wonderful experiences and mysteries continue to unfold on this path and have included two personal spiritual pilgrimages to the South of France to Sacred Sites devoted to the Magdalene, Isis and the Divine Feminine.

I have studied with various teachers who helped me work with the Angelic Realm, Ascended Masters, Archetypal Energies, Earth Medicine, Essential Oils, Embodiment Practices, Healthy Boundaries and to deepen my skills as an Intuitive Channel and energetic vibrational healing with Light Language.

Most recently I completed the  Ancestral Medicine Practitioner Training Program with Daniel Foor and am delighted and humbled to be adding Ancestral Medicine for Lineage Repair and Personal Healing to my offerings.

I offer 1:1 Energy Healing Sessions, 1:1 Ancestral Medicine Sessions, Group and Personal Mentorship program in Spirituality, Soul Embodiment and the Magdalene Priestess Path – my sessions and programs are
available in person or on-line.
