Magical Energy Tip #1: Boost Your Vitality

Next time you feel that afternoon slump, before you reach for a coffee, give this a try:
Deeply massage or thump the soft spot under either side of the clavicle bone. Do this while breathing deeply for 15 seconds or so.  This stimulates the end points of the Kidney meridian which runs from the centre of the ball of both feet, around the inner ankles, up the front of the body to underneath the clavicle bones.

The Kidney meridian is our life source energy and brings vital Chi (Prana, Energy) up from the earth, through the feet and feeds our entire system.  You can do this any time of day, the more frequently the bigger impact it will have on your overall vitality.

Added oomph: add an essential oil like blue spruce, cedar or pine. Or take a moment to breathe in the aroma of an orange before you eat it!
